Church Business Meeting & Dessert Social:
   This year’s Annual Congregational Meeting will be held next Sunday evening, February 26th.  We will all gather in the Fellowship Hall for a Dessert Social starting at 6 PM. 
   Following a time of fellowship and dessert, the meeting will begin about 6:30 PM.   
   The meeting and the dessert social are open to all who consider CFA their home church, whether you hold membership or not.  Information will be shared about where we have been and the vision God is placing in the heart of the leadership for 2012 and beyond.  It will also be a time to celebrate the wonderful things the Lord has done in 2011.  Three board positions will also be filled at this year’s meeting.  If you are a voting member, your presence is needed for us to conduct business and elect board members.  Set next Sunday aside for a couple of hours, bring your favorite dessert, and join the fun at the dessert fellowship and annual meeting.  Also, be sure to pick up your copy of the Annual Report at the Welcome Center before you leave today!

Service CDs Available FREE For Workers!
   Service CDs from Sunday and Wednesday services, complete with note sheet (if applicable), are available at the Welcome Center.  If you were serving in a ministry area of the church and missed the sermon, please help yourself to a complimentary CD.

   Children— be sure to bring your BGMC offering to Kidz Church next Sunday! See whether the boys or the girls will tilt the scale with their offering for missions! NEW SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES!

Parenting on Purpose:  Parenting - one of the most wonderful and most demanding things any of us will do.  Do we parent with a purpose?  Whether we know it or not, every parent does.  But do we parent with the right purpose, God’s purpose?
   Pastor Rick and Sheri will be leading a brand new Sunday School elective entitled, “Parenting on Purpose.”  This class is designed for any parent who still has children in the home.  The younger your children, the more important this class can be.  Get ready to connect with other parents and connect with the Word of God starting Sunday, March 4th,

“It Came From Within!”:  The Adult Class will begin this new interactive video series by Andy Stanley on March 4th.  This series addresses the shocking truth of what lurks in the heart, such as guilt, jealousy, greed, and anger.  You won’t want to miss this powerful series!

Fine Arts Registration Forms Due in 2 Weeks!
   If you are interested in participating in one or more of the MANY various Fine Arts categories, please get your completed registration form and money in to Pastor Joel no later than Sunday, March 4th.  If you would like more information or have not picked up a form, please see Pastor Joel.

Teen Camp:  We will be attending Teen Camp June 18-22.  Early registration is key to be sure we get our spot at camp.  Registration forms are available now from Pastor Joel and need to be submitted ASAP.  Total cost is $185, and $40 of that is due no later than Sunday, May 13th.  See Pastor Joel for more information.
